What to eat today-tomorrow? Is a every morning-evening question. Sometimes I feel too lazy to think and I buy a sandwich. In order to reduce my sandwich days I made this site, hope you can help me!

Pasta with spinachs, sauce, pork meat and funny octopus sausages (japanese style) . Fruit and yougurth.



  • 21st of March
Meat, potatoes and spinachs and a kiwi.



  • 22nd of March
Easy today: pasta, tomato sauce with tuna. Fruit: pears.


  • 23th of March
Pasta stuffed with cheese , grilled aubergines and red pepper, olives with pesto sauce.



  • 25th of March
Ravioli stuffed with ham and cheese, tomato sauce. Yogourth and pineapple con tomate. 




  • 5th of April
Omelette with sausage and bread, cherry tomatoes, kiwi and apple.


  • 6th of April
Tandoori chicken and inarizushi  ( rice and fried tofu)
