What to eat today-tomorrow? Is a every morning-evening question. Sometimes I feel too lazy to think and I buy a sandwich. In order to reduce my

Pasta with spinachs, sauce, pork meat and
funny octopus sausages (japanese style) . Fruit and yougurth.
Meat, potatoes and spinachs and a kiwi.
Easy today: pasta, tomato sauce with tuna. Fruit: pears.
Pasta stuffed with cheese , grilled aubergines and red pepper, olives with pesto sauce.
Ravioli stuffed with ham and cheese, tomato sauce. Yogourth and pineapple con tomate.
Omelette with sausage and bread, cherry tomatoes, kiwi and apple.
Tandoori chicken and inarizushi ( rice and fried tofu)
