When someone decides to learn a new language, a good grammar, listening, oral and writting level can be reached but there are some cultural details that can't be taught at classes as musicians, tv programs, fashion, gossips, famous people...France has a very popular comedian called Rémi Gaillard, equivalent to the Spanish Follonero ( literally means Troublemaker) they have different style but they both can be very bothering.
